Returns & Exchanges Policy and Procedure

RETURN OR EXCHANGE GOODS

All returns & exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the date the package is delivered. To return/exchange, products must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with and without any tape or marks on the box. 

Please submit your return or exchange request by email to btclothingllc@gmail.com with the information requested below and we will send you the details on how to send the goods back for refund or exchange, usually within 24-48 hours.

Packages sending back to BT Clothing LLC, as return/exchange must be post marked within 7 days from when your request has been approved.

Pls DO ask us for returning address,DO NOT simply ship them back to the original address,or refund won`t be successfully processed.Please also email us relevant tracking number at btclothingllc@gmail.Com after you ship them out.

Return: Buyer is responsible for shipping package back to BT Clothing LLC in original condition & packaging. And all returns are subject to a 20%-restocking fee. After inspection we will credit your credit card acct in the amount the buyer paid for the product  less standard shipping ,handling fee & restocking fee.
 

Exchange: Buyer is responsible for shipping item back to BT Clothing LLC. and paying for shipping & handling a new shipment back to the buyer. Returns and exchanges back to BT Clothing LLC, must be posted marked within 7 days your request has been approved.
